The storm on Sunday hit our neighborhood hard. We were without power Sunday night through Wednesday night. There was also a mini heat wave over a few of those days. Marianna's one year birthday fell right in the middle of the power outage, on Monday, but we had so many of her new birthday toys to keep her busy. Here is how we beat the heat...
A lot of time has been spent in and out of her new house...(the Storybook home oddly resembles features of our own "Storybook Home"...)
The most time was spent at the sand and water table, which is now actually a water and water table due to Marianna's love of the water and playing in it...
I think the bib says it all...
