School is working out great for Marianna. She loves to go in the morning and there are no more drop off problems. Actually, our teachers told us on curriculum night that they think she is going to be a great big sister because she takes care of and plays with all the kids so well. That was so nice to hear! The downside about school is the germs passed around and the bug finally hit us hard last Friday. We have been battling ever since. Hopefully on the mend though now.
I have some random pictures of Marianna taken a few weeks ago and today. Turns out now she loves getting her picture taken on her own terms. She will grab the camera and say "take a picture of me mommy so I can look at it". Apparently, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree ;)
You might ask..."what is she doing here??" The answer: shuffling. She loves to shuffle and dance. Today, because her school was closed due to a power outage, we stayed indoors, tried to recuperate and listened, danced to Marianna's favorite CD: The Backyardigans. I know all the words.
(Oh, and in case you haven't put two and two together...Marianna loves Paul Frank wear aka: Small Paul....but actually about anything monkey.)
