A Beautiful Fall Day

Post Pumpkin carving pictures....We have the typical Halloween pumpkin face and a big block S for MSU! It is a windy, slightly chilly fall day...typical fall and I love it!

Running through the leaves on a windy day....so fun!

Pumpkin Carving

Last night, we waited for Daddy to get home for work so we could carve our pumpkins! What a great Friday night!
Marianna had a pajama day at school so basically lived in her jammies all day...until we stripped down to get down and dirty with the pumpkins!

Waiting patiently to get at the pumpkin while DJ cuts the top off!

Finished product...BIG HUG..."I LOVE my pumpkin!"

Now to get started on the annual Michigan State Pumpkin...the block S!

Halloween Costume Party at Farmington Gymnastics

After Midvale pumpkin patch...we grabbed our costume and headed out to Farmington Gymnastics for a costume party!

Marianna's favorite party was the parade and dance party!

The gym goes ALL OUT for Halloween! The decorations were awesome and even this super cool special trampoline Marianna loved jumping on!

It was a lot easier to move without being Princess Belle. Here she is having fun with her gymnastics friends...

If you ask Marianna what her favorite part of gymnastics was she would say..."doing flippies with Ms. Sue!"

She is becoming more brave on the balance beam, too!

Pumpkin Patch at Midvale

I am not sure if this was Halloween or Hell Week....The week was packed full of Halloween activities, it is now actually Halloween and I am tired!!
First, Marianna's school had a pumpkin patch for the kids. Everyone was to wear orange and it was set up like an Easter egg hunt on the playground, but with pumpkins :) Very cute! ...oh, and a party to follow!
I never thought anyone in this family would put on a holiday theme sweater, but it happened. Marianna was SO excited to wear this sweater that I couldn't deny her the fun. It actually didn't look so bad....

Here we are at the Pumpkin Hunt...

She found this cute "baby" pumpkin and wouldn't let it go! There was even some pumpkin lovin' which Marianna is known to give prized objects...

I think she had the most fun playing in the leaves though..

Here she is with her friend, Madeline.

All the kids were supposed to put the pumpkins in the wagon and they would wheel them in. We had it in there for a little bit, but Marianna didn't trust the wagon was going to safely deliver the pumpkin to the classroom and insisted on hand carrying it in...(shocker).

Cider and Donut party after! Boy, this was a crazy room of toddlers!

We had so much fun and was great to see Marianna in her element!
