Orchard Lake Fireworks

Thank you so much Scott and Katie for having us out to Orchard Lake to watch the fireworks! It was such a great day to be outside and beautiful night for watching fireworks. I am sad that my camera died right away, but was able to get some shots of the kids eating dinner together.

After all the chips and dip, cookies and brownies, and dinner....Marianna looks like she was in a food coma but taking everything in (and believe me, there was a lot of people watching to do!!)

(Since the group shot was too hard to get since this kids are all just months apart in age, solo pictures seemed to be the way to go!) Mary and Maren eating together...

After a full day of golf, swimming, eating and fireworks, the evening commenced with us getting home at 11:30! Marianna stayed up until 11pm....shocking! However, we are paying for it today ;)

Fathers Day Lunch

After going to see Great Grandpa, we met the family at Birmingham for lunch on the patio. DJ spent the morning with his dad golfing in the annual father's day golf invitational. Here are pictures from our time at BCC. Sadly, I missed getting any father-daughter pictures, but a lot of Marianna and her Papou and cousins!

I am personally blessed to still have my Grandpa so close by and Marianna is even luckier to have a visit with great grandpa on fathers day!

Marianna had a great time and didn't want to leave. She loved watching the all the golfers especially from the condo balcony!

Enzo's House Playdate

Last Friday, Kendra had the crew over for a really fun play date. Kendra is heading back to work soon and will be missed at the Thursday playgroups that we have!! Here are some pictures from the day.

It wasn't long before Marianna found her way to the train table! (Maybe I need Kendra to come over and set ours up...it's awesome!)

Train Table Morning

One of the first things that Marianna asks to play with in the morning is the train table. I don't mind at all because I can usually get a lot of work done during this time as it usually keeps her occupied for a while!!

Thank you so much, Auntie Jill (especially Jack!) for parting with your Thomas the Train set!! This was a priceless gift to Marianna and to us! Also, thank you very much for the wonderful table to set it up on from Thea Demi and the kids!

She will be playing so nicely, then I hear her say..."CRASH!!" and then a series of crashing of the trains...Too much Thomas watching I wonder?

I also must add that I believe you need a masters of engineering to set one of these sets up. Ask DJ how much time was spent by your truly to make sure everything was "perfect"...hours!!!!

Marianna's Thomas Birthday Party

The culmination of the birthday party week, was the Thomas party on Friday with my two playgroups and friends.
Marianna's YiaYia got her this very special Thomas cake and the "M" cookies that have become a staple at every Marianna celebratory engagement.

This is one of the few shots I could get of Marianna taking a break at the party as she was everywhere! Next to her is her friend, Brady (future GQ model I am convinced by this photo!)

After I was instructed the proper set up of the bouncy house, Marianna and the kids has a lot more fun!

Marianna is taken lately with babies and she is saying goodbyes to baby Logan.

The best babysitter in the world, Babysitter Laura, who we can thank for helping raise such a happy, healthy, loving, wonderful girl!! Marianna loves Laura so much as you can tell!!

After all the party goers left, Marianna attacked the presents. It was a hiliarious sight to see her rip through all of them!

Marianna had such a good time at the party and we would like to thank everyone for coming and our family who was such a big help that day!
