Mothers Day Brunch

I took a few pictures from the Mothers Day brunch at the club today...We had a wonderful time!

Today, I got to sleep in. That was a great gift!! I was awakened by one very excited Marianna ready to give me my card and present...and a coffee...it was a great morning!!
Here are some more from the day when we got back from brunch.

Daniella at 6 Months

Last week, Daniella celebrated her 6 month birthday! I cannot believe how fast time flew by.
6 months has to be my favorite age! Daniella, you are a dream baby. You weighed in at 16 pounds and 10 ounces (50-75% percentile) and everything else was in the same range (75th %). You have two teeth. You love to roll onto your belly, but you also love to sit up. Grandpa says you have great posture!! You are in 6-12 month clothes and a size 2 diaper (even though you really should be in a size 2-3!). You are getting more and more hair every day. You have a great big belly laugh and love to smile at anyone. Right now, you are blowing raspberries...trying so hard to talk. Squealing and sticking your tongue out are also favorite crowd pleasers! Your eyes are still blue :) Lately, you have been sleeping on your side and belly. This week, you are weaning off Alimentum onto regular formula and it is going well!! You love all green food...summer veggie mix, peas, green beans, spinach and potatoes...not too fond of fruit but we are working on it (just like your dad!). You still only cry if you are hungry and tired. After food and a nap, you are as happy as a clam again. You are on 3 naps/day...9am, 12pm and 5pm. Finally, Daniella, you love your sister more than anyone...you watch her where ever she goes and you love it when she hops into your crib to play.
We love you so much Daniella!

All Aboard

What a beautiful day for a trip to the zoo. It was our third or fourth trip of the year, but the first time that the train was up and running. Marianna was so excited! The best part of the first Monday in May zoo trip was it was EMPTY. It's as if it was closed down just for us! I forgot my camera but thankfully had the flip. I came home with 31 videos!! Here are a few that were fun to watch back....and I could have more to come...

Day Out With Thomas

Today, Laura invited Marianna to go with her, her sister and nephew Niko, to go see Thomas at Greenfield Village. Marianna had an awesome time and has been talking about Thomas (and Niko) ever since! I have a bunch of pictures and videos to add so check back!
